中国のことわざに「井戸を掘った人を忘れるな」という言葉がある。みんなのために最初に苦労をした人を忘れてはならないということである。人生とかく他人のお世話になることが多いのだが、過ぎてしまえばそんなことも忘れてしまいがちである。どんな時代でも人と人の繋がりは大切にしたい。普通のことだがなかなか実行できないでいる。感謝の気持ちをいつまでも忘れることのない自分でありたい。
